Admissions tests

GRE (required): Send official scores through ETS using code 7413. Scores must be from within five years of the application deadline and received before that deadline; the admissions committee scores the highest GRE Verbal result.

Supplementary application

Submit the program’s supplemental application and nonrefundable $30 fee; applications are not reviewed until both arrive. Submit three professional references with CASPA: one from a PA-C, NP, DO, or MD and two from appropriate professional references.
