Casper is an online, open-response situational judgment test run by Acuity Insights. The current format has 11 scenarios (4 video-response and 7 typed-response) with 2 questions each and takes about 65 to 85 minutes, including optional breaks. Eligibility Requirements for Université Laval Occupational Therapy (Ergothérapie)
- Degree / credits
Québec routes include the specified science or technical DEC, a health-sciences International Baccalaureate, or another DEC with the prescribed sciences. Canadian applicants from outside Québec need secondary school plus one university year and satisfactory science preparation; international applicants need one of the listed pre-university credentials and satisfactory sciences. University applicants generally need 60 credits in one program when applying, with a New Brunswick agreement exception.

Québec applicants have priority, followed by applicants from elsewhere in Canada; 3 places are reserved for New Brunswick applicants under the agreement.

Non-Canadian applicants may compete for up to 2 places if their files are comparable; international study-permit applicants must obtain the necessary immigration authorizations.

Applicants whose primary and secondary education was not taught in French must earn at least 400/699 on mandatory TCF-TP sections and 14/20 in written expression. Students must attain advanced-I English proficiency to graduate from the bachelor’s program.

Selection uses the college cote R or university CRU; eligible completed university degrees add 0.5 for a first-cycle degree, 0.5 for a master’s and 1.0 for a doctorate to the CRU. Qualifying remote-region applicants receive a 0.5 CRC or CRU increase.
Past lowest-offer cotes are indicators, not a general admission minimum.
