An acceptable undergraduate degree from an accredited university, completed by August 31, 2027 and conferred no later than fall 2027; at least 10.0 full course equivalents completed when applying. A four-year degree receives preference over a three-year degree. Community-college and CEGEP transfer credits do not count toward the 10.0 FCE requirement.

Applicants whose first language is not English need evidence of proficiency unless they completed at least three years of qualifying English-language postsecondary study.
