The main idea is to list a few qualities of a great physician and give specific examples of your life to justify how have developed these qualities.

Compassion, professionalism, and adaptability, in my opinion, are three fundamental characteristics of a great physician.
Compassion: A competent physician is truly compassionate and empathic, and is able to connect meaningfully with their patients.  I have shadowed physicians who are able to instill trust and comfort in their patients and who are able to deliver compassionate and effective care.
